I love tokn tea, very helpful part of my bedtime routine and helps me relax into a more restful night. I sometimes pair it with a CBD gummy also from tokn on nights where I am more anxious. Would highly recommend both. Is not as overpowering as alternatives like melatonin where I wake up still dragging and feeling tired for hours getting up for the day. The bulk bags are a must because when I have it nightly, the smaller size goes quick. The prepared blends are very thoughtfully put together and compliment the slight smell and taste of hemp, rather than just obliterating it with heavy flavors. For that it is a high quality tea in its own right in my opinion. Have not found a similar quality blended tea yet, so I am a loyal tokn customer.
